viewer.exe from 2/5/99.
NT4, MAC 8.5, Linux.
website: www.ea.com
qa assign to chrisd@netscape.com

Problem: NT, Mac, Linux. There is a yellow rectangle with a picture of a white
page in the top middle portion of the page, newsletter.html. It is to the right
of the Visa "It's Everywhere You Want to Be" and to the left of "Secure
Transactions are Guaranteed. It shows no text. It should state "Sign up now for
our FREE travel newsletter!".
4.5.1: NT, MAC shows the text correctly.
Other 5.0: NT, MAC, Linux do not show the text.

Based on the description, I not get the same results on the page. I get
javascript code displayed in table when viewing this page. Please provide more
steps so that I can reproduce. Tested with March 15th Build (Mac , Windows,

There are actually 3 problems with this page:
  1. Comment parsing problem (now fixed)
  2. Missing content (cited but not yet fixed)
  3. Floating table bug (a dup that Kipp knows about)

Floating tables were fixed by bug #3905. The page looks fine except for some
navigator compatability stuff that we don't yet support (bug #2651)
