section How do I pick an accesskey letter?
3. Make it easy to see
says:
    * Use letters at the beginning of the first or second word of the label.
    * Use a distinctive consonant or a vowel in the label.
    * Use letters with wide widths, such as w, m, and capital letters.
    * Avoid Letters with descenders, such as p, g, q, or y.
    * Letters next to a letter with a descender.
    * Letters that are only one pixel wide, such as i or l.

Now, Seamonkey 1.1a rv: 1.9a1 build 2005090105 under XP Pro SP2 has

Even accesskeys using lowercase t, f and r letters: the underline is quite
short, not easy to find/see unless you're actually seeking for accesskeys.

also recommends to avoid chosing letters with descenders for accesskey and avoid
chosing i or l as accesskey

W instead of i for Show Web Site Icons
U instead of s for Use smooth scrolling

A instead of a for Always use the colors...
m instead of i for Use my chosen colors, ignoring...

o for Automatically add "www." and...

O instead of p for Open a progress dialog
maybe P instead of r for Prompt for download...

n instead of e for Send the message in both...

Ian, all of your suggestions look good to me. Unfortunately :( , it appears that
Giacomo had already all of the changes or corrections already done.

I examined the new/built in changes in Seamonkey 1.1a build 2005102013 and
everything seems fixed. Great!
