The navigational images in the JavaScript console aren't being displayed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the JavaScript console
2. Observe that there are missing images
3. Verify that the images are missing by using the DOM Inspector

Actual Results:  
No Images

Expected Results:  
Images
Resolving as fixed. The spacer images have been fixed in the latest nightly.
