QuickTime plugin causes mouse pointer to change in all FireFox windows. It is
easier to understand if I show the steps to reprocuce this problem.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. open http://www.skoda-auto.com/global/showroom/fabia/common/gallery/panorama.htm
You will see a quicktime plugin in the middle of the page. Whem moving mouse
over it, pointer changes to a small circle

2. now open another page (any) leaving the previous page open. You will notice,
that mouse pointer changes to the circle when it reaches the area where qt
plugin is in the previous page. This even happens when the page with qt plugin
is minimized.
