SeaMonkey's mozilla.in doesn't contain this code. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Launch SeaMonkey 2. Launch SeaMonkey again Actual Results: The second lauch pops up the profile manager Expected Results: A new window (of the current browser) should open xulrunner's mozilla.in includes this code, so it can easily be stolen from there: http://lxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/xulrunner/app/mozilla.in#143
