I am using Firefox v1.0.0. I am on corporate LAN and can not install software (I
don't have root access). I would like to install some extensions (adblock
etc..). But when ever I open the extensions install webpage, it asks me to
upgrade to v1.0.6. There is no way to install extension unless I upgrade. Most
extensions that work with 1.0.6 works well with 1.0 also. So WHY FORCE the user
to upgrade. Not everyone can upgrade with a minor release. Some like me don't
have enough access to some. While some who use dial up can not download 8.2 MB
eveytime.

The extensions web site should just show a warning that says please upgrade to
latest version but should NOT FORCE. There should be a way that allows user to
install extensions to old versions of firefox.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Use an old (older than 1.0.6) version of Firefox
2. Try to install extensions from Mozilla website
3. It will not allow to install extensions to versions older than 1.0.6

Actual Results:  
It prompts to upgrade firefox.

Expected Results:  
Its should show a listing of available extensions (with a warning message to
upgrade firefox)
