The Bookmark manager Window closes after confirming deletion of a bookmark.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open Bookmark manager
2.Select a bookmark
3.select delete from edit menu
4. press "ok" button


Actual Results:  the delete confirmation box goes away and the bookmark is
deleted as would be expected, but the bookmark manager window closes

Expected Results:  the bookmark manager window should remain open

Bookmarks window does not actually close, but loses focus and ends up on the 
taskbar. This is a duplicate of bug 22658.

Also, no longer occurs with the 20000306 windows build.

I'm not convinced this is a strict dupe but it definietly does not happen in new(2000030709) builds so I 'm just marking this 
verified.
