Same problem as in bug 305311. The l10n branch builds for Thunderbird uses en-US
builds with version number "1.0+", when it should use "1.4" builds.
Firefox builds now have the same problem.

Thanks for the heads up here.  This isn't as automated yet as we'd like so we
need to manually update these systems when we bump a version number.

The Mozilla 1.8 branch Firefox and Thunderbird build trees for Mac, Windows, and
Linux have all been updated to grab version 1.4 of these files and now pulling
from the latest nightly directory instead.
