I don't suppose it is a bug. The page is not valid according to following http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.foo.com%2F&charset=iso-8859-1+%28Western+Europe%29&doctype=Inline

I don't see anything in the code that implies that the text shouldn't be anything else that left-aligned. Please also state your build ID and browser (Firefox/SeaMonkey?). You seem to be using Internet Explorer and problems with that browser should be reported to Microsoft... ;)
