Double Click on Mozilla Shortcut/program 2. 3. Actual Results: Program will not load Expected Results: Program should run as per normal I am willing to submit the program to you for testing. Please ask if this is needed.

Bugzilla is poorly suited as a tech support vehicle. Please see http://www.mozilla.org/support/#community for the user support forums. Try reinstalling. sounds like something (unknown what) either removed Firefox or corrupted one of the files. Try a disk scan to see if the disk is going bad.
