click bookmarks > click any folder from the list and drag to new location.
nothing happens.  seems Drag and drop of bookmark folders (live and normal ones)
within the Bookmark menu is broken.  For individual bookmarks it is working.

You mean broken while also pressing the shift key, right?

Oops, with the shift key it's functioning.  But for individual ones there is no
need to use the shift key.  What is the actual behaviour?
