Hello, I am a high school Latin teacher and tech enthusiast who is looking into
localizing a Latin version of Firefox. I'm reading through the documentation
and finding typos that I would like to correct (as well as a dead link or two).
Would it be appropriate for me to get a CVS account? I feel a little sheepish
emailing page owners about typos. Best, Ka'ala Yezbick
I suggest that you'd provide a spell-check patch in a separate bug, in the
webmaster component.

CC'ing fantasi for further instructions. I don't really know the policy for
accounts on mozilla-org either.
CCing the right fantasai :)
Heh. The policy is generally that you should provide your fixes as patches and
ask someone with CVS access to check them in. Read access for CVS is available
to everyone, and if you use CVS directly rather than through doctor, you can
combine short patches from multiple files into one long patch.

Later on, if it comes to the point that you not having CVS access yourself is a
nuisance because you're submitting so many patches, you can request a CVS
account. We'll be able to refer to your track record when deciding to grant you
write access.

A short guide to using CVS is at http://developer.mozilla.org/tools/cvs/ ; feel
free to email me or ask someone on IRC for help.
