Details
The new implementation of Web search dialog (Ctrl + K) does not have a minimum
appropriate size defined. It is resizable (to just the title bar). Please
define a minimum size or disallow resizing of the dialog (fixed appropriate size).
generally, this bad ui is visible for Themes, Extensions, Downloads, Add
Bookmark and Bookmark All Tabs dialogs [also the Web Search](maybe more). It's
a minor defect but looks bad. A decision on what appropriate minimum size is
best for all of these and if resizing should be allowed (to what extent).
Please see.

I believe the web search dialog was implemented only recently in the nightlies.
issue 250436 has a list of such windows with no graphic at the bottom right to
notify that the dialog is resizable. I have added web search there also.

It is also to be decided whether to allow resizing here.
