307169 - change the kbd shortcut for 'Check for Updates' to 'U'

the menu item 'Check for updates' has a keyboard shortcut 'o'. Could be better /
consistent if 'u' is used. (Alt + h + u - to launch the update dialog in Windows)

ok, but why did you move it below the label, but not flip the one right above
that's also backwards?	Please fix this (trivial) on checkin.

Trivial change, makes the update menu easier to access.

This doesn't have any localization impact, since it only changes the accesskey
for the en-US string.
