We should be using the horizontal ellipsis character instead of three periods for our menu items that "do more". The two items that I can think of right that don't now are "Reset Camino..." in the application menu and "Clear History..." in the "Go" menu. There are a few buttons in the preference panes that use three periods, too (General and Web Features); those should be changed as well, as should the "Loading <foo>..." interim view text, too, if that also uses three periods.

fixed all the instances i could find in the nib and in the localized strings. landed on trunk and branch.
