We should be using the horizontal ellipsis character instead of three periods
for our menu items that "do more". The two items that I can think of right that
don't now are "Reset Camino..." in the application menu and "Clear History..."
in the "Go" menu.

There are a few buttons in the preference panes that use three periods, too
(General and Web Features); those should be changed as well, as should the
"Loading <foo>..." interim view text, too, if that also uses three periods.
Summary: Camino should use "horizontal ellipsis" character instead of "..." in its menus. → Camino should use "horizontal ellipsis" character instead of "..." in its interface.
fixed all the instances i could find in the nib and in the localized strings.

landed on trunk and branch.
