Should the "What's new" section of these release notes contain only things that
are new since Deer Park Alpha 2, or things that are new since Firefox 1.0.x?

http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/releases/1.5beta1.html (make sense?)

Open questions:
1) What url should we use?

2) Also, targeted to alpha users or to everybody?  
If to alpha users then it will be like this:
http://www.squarefree.com/burningedge/releases/1.5b1.html

If to everybody, it should consolidate the two alpha release notes plus what's
new since alpha 2.
