If minimo is running I am unable to establish a new VPN connection.  My setup is
that all traffic is routed through VPN.  I stumbled on this by accident. 

Open Minimo
Try to open a VPN connection by double tapping the wireless icon on the taskbar
and choosing connect.
No VPN connection is made.
Try to open a VPN connection by double tapping the wireless icon on the taskbar
again, you will see that no connection is made.

This is repeatable on my device, unknown if this is device specfic/OS specific.
droping keepalive support seams to fix the problem.
