location bar ceases to function after some time

Details

After a good amount of browsing (probably about 15 to 30 minutes or so), the
ability to enter in a new url manually no longer works.  There is no response
from the location bar at all no matter how often you click on it.
What build are you using?
lucretius@usa.net have you tested this with current builds?  Please report back
or this bug will be marked INVALID.
