User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050906 Firefox/1.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050906 Firefox/1.4 if i've read gervs news Post ("2005-08-22 - Summary of mozilla.org staff meeting") correctly, Mozilla has a registered trademark for the name Firefox. So we should replace "Firefox (TM)" with "Firefox (R)" in Help/About/credits The About box says that Firefox is a trademark. it should say registered trademark I'm not sure what the installer says, but i think a "(R)" somewhere there would be a good idea too. Reproducible: Always
I second this. In many locations, failure to defend one's trademark becomes grounds for losing it (see Hoover vacuums).
