307326 - Mose move/sort TAB not working

When left klicking and dragging a tab to rearrange it no marker shows up where
it will be inserted and the TAB can not be moved.
Using keyboard shortcuts i was able to sort the TAB's fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open 3 TABS
2. Left klick on the text of the tab and hold down and drag tab to new location.
3. 

Actual Results:  
The TAB was marked as selected by showing a boundary box around tab text.
But the marker showing where the tab would be inserted would not appear.
Nor did the TAB get moved using the mouse function.
Only way was to use the keyboard ctrl + arrow left and ctrl + arrow right.

Expected Results:  
After selecting the TAB the indicator where the TAB will be inserted after
relesing the mouse should appear and the TAB should be able to be rearanged.

No extensions installed when testing this.
