Help Toolbar shows text aside "Back" and "Print" buttons even if you customize
the main Firefox toolbar to show only icons.
I know that Help toolbar is not customizable anymore, but it should at least
follow the "rules" set in the Firefox main toolbar e.g :
if "Text and icons" is selected in the main toolbar, Help Toolbar should also
display Text and icons.
I'm not really sure if this can be qualified as a bug or a RFE ...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Customize main Firefox Toolbar
2. Open the Help Toolbar
3.

Actual Results:  
The customization is not applied in the Help Toolbar

Expected Results:  
Customization should be applied in the Help Toolbar

Selective text on right is by design, not yet implemented as an option for Firefox.
