2. Add an attachment
3 [details] [diff] [review]. Try to choose an account from the account popup to the left of the attachment box

Actual:
horizontal scrollbar obscures account choices

Expected:
if there needs to be a horizontal scrollbar, it should not obscure choices (the
dropdown menu should grow for it)
this is pretty serious, and should block 1.8b5
