User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050906 Firefox/1.4
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050906 Firefox/1.4

The list box for the component read bookmarks no matter what item it was
actually at. If I turned off Browse Mode, it still seemed to be wrong, but the
description below it indicated it was the correct item.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.
2.
3.
See above.
Actual Results:
It always said bookmarks. Also if I turned Browse mode back on it took me to
the top of the page.

Expected Results:
Should have said the correct item.

Using WE 5.5 beta1
Component: Disability Access → Creating/Changing Bugs
Product: Firefox → Bugzilla
Target Milestone: --- → Future
This doesn't sound like a Bugzilla bug. Does it only happen in Firefox?

I can only use firefox, so I don't know the answer to your question.
Since it appears to just be a normal multi-line select element, if Bugzilla is somehow at fault someone's going to have to tell them how their <select size="5"> differs from all the others around the web.

John, do you still see the problem with current Firefox 2, 3, or trunk builds?
If not, please close the bug as WORKSFORME.
Thanks.

Not a Gecko problem. Screen-reader bug, happens in IE as well.
