Once added attachment can't be deleted while you are composing the message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose a new mail
2. Add an attachment
3 [review]. Right click on attachment

Actual Results:  
Delete command is grayed out

Expected Results:  
Any attachment can be deleted as long as mail is not sent.
