307482 - Customization Contents is inconsistent with headings

The Customization section of the Contents has headings which are inconsistent
with those found in the help document. The capitalisation is not consistent and
the 'Rearranging Toolbar Items' item is labelled 'Rearrange toolbar items'.

Any idea why the Toolbar Customization heading at

is there? If it's not needed we could get rid of it with this patch.
