I enter a new event for, say, April 5. When I finish filling the fields and
click on OK, the event is now on a different day, say, April 7! I drag the event
from April 5 to April 7, and it appears on April 11 instead!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
This happens mostly when the event is a "Whole day" event, and I start entering
it after 11PM local time, as in this case the default end time is after 12AM the
following day.
