When I hit send mail in Hotmail, the progress bar of Camino moves, but I am left
on the same compose message screen rather than moving to the premail screen.
Clicking Send Mail multiple times does send several identical copies of the message.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Compose message in Hotmail
2. Hit send message
3.

Actual Results:  
I am left on the same compose message screen rather than moving to the premail
screen.

Expected Results:  
Go to a screen called premail that confirms if address is in contacts list

Reporter, you're using a very old build of Camino.  Does this still happen in a
current nightly build?
