Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4

In Tools->Options->Privacy->Passwords.
With the master password set, it is impossible to cancel out of the "Please
enter master password..." prompt without entering the correct password.

Circumstances: Fresh install of Firefox Beta 1 in Windows XP (Gecko/20050908) -
imported info from mozilla 1.8b2. Created a master password (no previous master
password). Now when you click on the "View saved passwords" button, it is
impossible to escape the prompt without entering the correct password. Clicking
'cancel' or the x respawns the windows as if an incorrect password were entered.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a master password
2. Click on 'view saved passwords'
3. Hit cancel or try to close the window

Actual Results:
Window respawns.

Expected Results:
Window closes.
