When i go to use my web email, italic, bold font etc. does not display.

I can send emails OK, but how to make bold, cut copy etc easily like internet
explorer is a problem.

Apart from this, yahoo works OK.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose an email


Actual Results:  
there was no italic, bold etc buttons to change the text. All the other buttons
(ie send) work fine.  

Expected Results:  
been more buttons.
