In PrintPreview, the portrait or landscape mode can only be set by pressing the
'page setup' button. (Changing it there by the way has a strange side effect,
that the inner decoration gets larger or smaller (pressing one or the other
radio button).

Pressing the landscape or portrait button in the printpreview, doesn't change
the printing layout. It changes however the position of the scrollbars, which
looks ridiculous.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Just visit a webpage, click: File->Print Preview
2. press the portrait or landscape button
3.

Actual Results:
the preview-window stays the same, the contents also, but the scrollbars change
positions (make a smaller part of the contents visible). Only after resizing the
window return the scrollbars to the rightfull position.

Expected Results:
It should change the window nor the scrollbars. It should only change they way
the preview-pages are shown (landscape or portrait)

It works fine, but changing the orientation-mode in the page-setup dialog.

But that dialog shows a small artifact, that the tabsheet becomes a little
smaller when you press the 'landscape'-radio-button. And it becomes a little
larger again, when pressing the 'portrait'-radio-button.
