When there are more items in the bookmark menu than can appear on one screen,
scroll buttons are added to the top and the bottom. 

However, the "scroll up" button at the top always looks and always is pressable,
even if the list is already at the top.  This is a bit confusing, consider
making it greyed out or otherwise inactive unless you can scroll up (similarly
for scrolling down when already at the bottom).
