STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start Firefox
2. click on the Help menu item then move the mouse left over the menubar

ACTUAL RESULTS
Missing border on the right part of some menus, see screenshot.
It only occurs the first time a menu is displayed. It is reproducible after
restart. Displaying the menus for the first time is sluggish compared to
SeaMonkey/Mozilla builds on the same machine.

PLATFORMS & BUILDS TESTED
Bug occurs in Firefox 1.5b1 on Linux
Bug occurs in Firefox 1.0.6 on Linux
I haven't seen it occur in any SeaMonkey build as far as I can remember.

Still reproducable in Firefox 2005-12-15-01 trunk Linux.
Missing borders in 2nd level menus while testing bug 312693.

Works for me in a recent copy of Firefox, so marking as WorksForMe. Please feel free to reopen if you still see this problem.
