307681 - If you start Thunderbird Offline and go Online the Get New Messages button does nothing

It may be important that I have multiple POP accounts set up.
If I click on the arrow next to "Get Mail" & select each account individually it
works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Thunderbird while Off-Line by Clicking the Off-Line button
2. Go to File -> Offline -> Work Offline
3. Click "Get Mail"

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Should be asked for my POP passwords & then mail should be checked

i believe this should be a duplicate of another bug.

Not quite seeing the same results here.. after switching from offline to online mode, clicking the Get Mail button does activate a connection to the server, but only for the account highlighted in the left-hand accounts pane. 

In addition, Get All New Messages only appears to request mail from the first account listed in the pane, not for other active accounts.

isn't comment 2 the nominal behavior? So unless this works differently for online+offline, this is still a dupe. (I don't follow those bugs, so I don't have a number handy)
