If the body-parameter contains special symbols like the german "ä"
(HTML-character "ä") which Nvu has encoded to "%E4" the body text contains
from this character on only "????".
e.g. "Bitte ????" instead of "Bitte ändern"
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. define a email link
2. append the subject and body parameter to "mailto"
3. use this link
Actual Results:
Into the mail body was "Bitte ??????????"
Expected Results:
The mail body should contains "Bitte ändern"
More information and hardcopys of the results you can see on the page
