307718 - Default theme preview not shown until theme is clicked on.

Seen on Windows, Mac and Linux Thunderbird and Firefox branch builds from 09/08

-Have just the default theme installed
-Open the Theme Manager

tested results:
Notice the default Theme is selected(Color Highlighted) but the preview panel
says "No Theme Selected"

-now click on the default theme....The Preview appears

-close Theme Manager and reopen it.  Theme preview is gone again.

expected results: Theme Preview should show on opening T.M.

noticed on Mac Thunderbird that there doesn't seem to be a theme preview for the
default theme.  But the "No Theme Selected" preview message goes away when the
theme is clicked.

There is a patch for this in bug 307266 though the summary of that bug doesn't fit.

The Thunderbird theme preview image missing would appear to be a different issue.

Thanks Robert.  I ran several searches for the bug to no avail.
