Sometimes I hover the Google Search icon of the search field, the tooltip text
is "Google Search" as it should be, but most of the time the tooltip is empty.
This is not only with Google as selected search engine, also with others.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Hover the search engine icon of the toolbar search field

Actual Results:  
The tooltip appeared, there was no text

Expected Results:  
The tooltip text should'nt be empty, it should be the search engines name.
