User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.0; en-US; rv:1.7.10) Gecko/20050716 Firefox/1.0.6

When typing the following request into either the google search bar or into
google.com itself, Firefox pops up a message box stating that "The document
contains no data".

sql group by

If you add or remove anything to that search or even swap the order of the words
it works fine.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Type (unquoted) the following into either google.com or the built in search
bar; "sql group by"
2. Initiate the search.
Actual Results:
msgbox("The document contains no data")

Expected Results:
Returned the search query.

I have confirmed that the search executes correctly in Internet Explorer. I did
this to make sure it wasn't a google.com problem. Other queries may cause the
same issue but the odds of it being found are slim.
wfm with FF 1.0.6 on win2k
Removed Firefox, reinstalled. Same issue.

I also searched in Yahoo!, Amazon, Creative Commons, Dictionary, and eBay. All
produced the same results with that query. Dictionary.com actually loaded
correctly except it did tell me that the document contained no data midway
through the page loading.

Not a major issue so probably not worrying about as it might just be my install
then.

WFM. Maybe an extension is causing this? Or you may want to try a new profile.
