Sorry if this is a dup, it's a kind of hard issue to search for.

In the bookmarks manager, normally you can move a bookmark up the folder
hierarchy by dragging it below the folder's domain and to the left.  However, if
there are enough bookmarks that a scrollbar is present, this is no longer
possible for the bottom bookmark.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Bring up the bookmarks page, making sure there are enough folders expanded
for a scrollbar to be present.  Also, make sure the bottom folder is expanded.
2. Try to drag the bottom bookmark below the bottom folder.

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens

Expected Results:  
Bookmark should be moved out of folder

I see this in 2005091104 (v1.0a1) on 10.3.9

Note that this is the bottom bookmark in the bottom folder that can't be moved
below its containing folder (this wasn't clear to me initially).

Is this a Cocoa issue or really ours?

BTW, reporter, you are running a build from three months ago; that is really old.

Sorry for spam.  I'm actually not.  I'm not sure why it's reporting as that, but
I'm always running the most recent of krmathis' 7450 builds.

I can confirm this, tried in both the 8/26 trunk and 1.8 branch builds, still happens. Doesn't work for the very bottom bookmark, but it will work for the bookmark above it.

This bug has been buried in the graveyard and has not been updated in over 5 years. It is probably safe to assume that it will never be fixed, so resolving as WONTFIX.
