Website URL at Report a broken website window could be editable

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter page: http://photomail.mail.yahoo.com/ (for example)
2. You are redirected to a Sorry web page, which changes the URL in the location bar
3. When you click Report broken site menu, it gets the actual (changed) url, not
the original, that i wanted to report as broken.

Actual Results:
The Website URL field is read only

Expected Results:
Let this field editable.
It could get as default the actual URL at location bar, but the user can change it.

Resolving as WONTFIX.

We don't really have a way to accurately record info of such pages, only where
they return too (which you can still report and tell what you were trying to do
in the comments area). We can't allow user editing of URL's because it just
gets ugly (typo's and such). Thankfully these are rather isolated cases (I've
only run across a few). Another alternative is to file a bugzilla bug.
