The desktop start icon does not start the browser, but only on this computer. I
cannot make the reporting software connect to the web.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Turn on the computer
2.Tap the desktop icon for Firefox
3.Error report form appears

Actual Results:  
For some reason on this computer the desktop icon does not open version 1.51 of
Firefox. I did not have this problem with previous versions. I also cannot make
the reporting software work.

Expected Results:  
The browser should have started
