When trying to set the download folder with "Save all files to this folder:"
option, and hitting "Browse...", I get a file browser window that has an "Open"
button instead of OK button, which is not intuitive.  Also, the listed folder on
the Preferences page, once "Open" is clicked, is not updated.  If you close the
Preferences dialog and open it again, the updated value is shown.

Reproducible: Always
