Google bubble help not correct.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Move your mouse over the OK button of the url bar (the bubble help is displayed)
(in french the text is "Entrez une adresse dans la barre d'adresse et cliquez OK"
2.Move your mouse over the google icon on the firefox toolbar. 
3.
Actual Results:  
The bubble help of the url bar appears

Expected Results:  
The google bubble should appears instead.

if you pass your mouse over the text field of the google search, the correct
bubble help will appears (in french "Rechercher Google)
If then you move your mouse over the google icon, then, the correct bubble help
will be displayed.
