Keyboard scrolling of a page shown in anything other than the first tab always
scrolls the page shown in the first tab, regardless of whether it is the
currently selected tab.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open a page in least one additional tab.
2.Try using the cursor keys/page up/down etc. The page doesn't move as intended.
3.Select the first tab, and you'll notice that this page has been scrolled etc.

Actual Results:
As described above.

Expected Results:
Scrolled the page shown in the currently selected tab.
