It should be possible to spell check the subject of a mail.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. compose a mail
2. make a mistake in the subject :)

Actual Results:  
The spell checker doesn't spell the subject

Expected Results:  
The spell checker should spell the subject
This is a dupe of bug 3459. Could someone resolve it?
