User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Firefox 1.05

I cannot start firefox. whenever i do it shuts down and its process
firefox.exe terminates within a few seconds. I cannot run the profile manager
either as it shuts down as well after a few seconds. I have runned the browser
in safe mode with same result. I have uninstalled and reinstalled various
versions with no success, deleting all related files. i have searched high and
low, running out of ideas.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.start firefox.exe
2.wait few seconds
3.shuts down

Actual Results:
shuts down program and process and does not bring up quality feedback agent at
all

Expected Results:
run or have the wuality feedback agent run which does not
Which FF version? Have you tried a new profile?

This is likely to be a support issue. Please consider using the forums:

Tried version 1.04,1.05, 1.06
I did go to forums, tried all the suggested solutions:
-new profile / does not work
-registry clean / does not work
-10 complete fresh reinstalls / does not work
-virus scans, malware scans, temp files clean / no results
-done the standard diagnostics completely twice to no avail

severals threads on the support forums about this with no solutions, lots of
users left hanging with same problem.(In reply to comment #0)

This is obviously an isolated incident with your PC and not a bug with Firefox.
Please refer to the MozillaZine forums for further help.
