User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0.6 (ax) Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.5) Gecko/20041107 Firefox/1.0.6 (ax) I'm not great at computer speak, so I'll try. If I place my cursor in the search field or the URL field, I get a "Firefox has encountered an error and must be shut down..." message. It also happens when I hit Ctrl T to tab. This just started yesterday afternoon. I love Firefox, and want to keep it, but those things are driving me crazy! Reproducible: Always
close Firefox start Firefox via Windows Start menu -> Firefox -safemode and see if it still crashes If not, it's one of your extensions

(In reply to comment #3) > Talkback ID please. http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback WHAT??????
Uninstall Firefox, reinstall, choose "Custom", choose to install the feedback tool, then when it crashes give us the talkback ID. More info here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Talkback
