In the page http://mr.kaist.ac.kr, it has a shortcut icon formatted as 32bit
ARGB 16x16, 8bit 256 Color 16x16, 32bit ARGB 32x32, 8bit 256 Color 32x32, and so on.
This icon is well viewed in tabs and the address bar, but not viewed in the
sidebar's items.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit http://mr.kaist.ac.kr and bookmark it.

Actual Results:  
No icon is displayed on the bookmarked item.

Expected Results:  
An 16x16 ARGB shortcut icon is displayed on the bookmarks item.

Using default theme, and some extensions - DOM Inspector, Reporter, XHTML Ruby
