User-Agent:       Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.1; SV1; .NET CLR 1.1.4322)
Build Identifier: Firefox 1.0.6/1.5(Beta)

I installed FireFox 1.5 beta, over FireFox 1.0.6 version, when I uninstalled 
1.5 beta version , since it does not have even Tab button to open new tab 
window, after the reinstallation of 1.0.6 version , I was not even able to 
open the browser window, so the only way I have to use Firefox is to install 
the 1.5 beta version again 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install FireFox 1.5 beta over 1.0.6
2. Unstall 1.5 
3. Install firefox 1.0.6

Actual Results:  
I was not able to open the Firefox browser

This really looks like a support issue.  Please consider using the support forum:

Did you do a complete uninstall of FF - remove all of the directory, etc.?  And
what was the tabs problem in 1.5beta it is there on the File menu.

Yes finally I was able to install it back , after removing all the hidden
directories, and the tab button i believe is not a feature of FireFox, that was
an extension to it
