When I access some pages on my IPCOP Firewall configuration I get a page full of
random UTF-8 glyphs. All pages are displayed correctly in Mozilla {Mozilla/5.0
(X11; U; Linux x86_64; en-US; rv:1.7.11) Gecko/2005090} so I doubt its a bad page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to the net-traffic addon page in IPCOP
Actual Results:
The page just displays random UTF-8 glyphs.
Expected Results:
The traffic summary is displayed.

Looks like they're just serving the page as the wrong content type. What does it
say next to "Type:" in View Page Info?
