User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8b4) Gecko/20050908 Firefox/1.4 Reporter licence agreement text does not load when no internet connection is available. Instead it shows this "new error page". I could still check that checkbox "I agree" and press next. This bug will show up very rare because none would report a broken website with no internet connection available. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Get yourself a fresh install of FF (or at least Reporter extension) 2. Unplug your internet cable or disable network card 3. Navigate Help>Report broken website 4. ... see what happens Actual Results: "Web page not found" shows up in licence agreement textbox. Expected Results: Show some kind of warning and do not allow to press "Next" button.

this is really a low priority issue, as once we land the patch to disable the reporter link when no web page is open, you will have needed to have had a connection to open reporter. The only case where it would still happen is if you had a connection to visit a site, disconnected, and opened reporter. Because that's a unusual case, this isn't to high of a priority, it will just time out as is. I'll hopefully get a patch for this soon.
